Joseph Holloway

BSc (Hons), MSc, MNIP

Psychological Practitioner

Joseph Holloway studied for his bachelors degree in Psychology at the University of Sheffield. During his bachelors studies he volunteered for numerous projects; working with children with autism, adults with acquired brain injuries, and as the inclusions officer of the psychology committee.


After graduating, he completed a Level 3 qualification in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy during the COVID-19 pandemic, then decided to move to the Netherlands to study for his MSc in Clinical Psychology at Leiden University.


Since graduating, Joseph has worked in the field of Harm Reduction, learning about concepts surrounding drug use, chemsex, sex work, minority stress and more. During this time, he began providing psychological services to clients, using his knowledge of therapy and psychology.


Joseph adopts a client-centred approach to therapy; pulling concepts from CBT, Acceptance Commitment Therapy and Positive Psychology. In both his personal and professional life he is a caring, open minded and non-judgemental person.
